Capitalization of First Letter of Each Word in Word 2016 can be done by following the below mentioned steps.
1. Select the text you wish to capitalize or press CTRL + A to select all the text.
2. Move to Home ribbon and select dropdown "Aa"
3. From the drop down select CAPITALIZE EACH WORD.
4. Done.
